Dasher in app navigation not working

I’ve tried hard restarting my iPhone, deleting app, reinstalling, signing out and back in. My phone is current update. I contacted DoorDash and they insisted it’s not on their end and because they communicate so poorly they wouldn’t answer half my questions even when I THOROUGHLY explained everything and provided pictures.
